A single sun, a hundred hours.

09:00 — Morning
Open.
Doors swing. Towels stack. Coffee, fresh juice, the first swim before noon.
13:00 — Long Lunch
Ciabatta.
Pool-side plates: olives, frites, grilled chicken or pork on warm ciabatta. A glass of Gavi.
17:30 — Aperitivo
Spritz.
Aperol, Venturo, Negroni. The DJ booth wakes up and the umbrellas tilt to follow the sun.
19:30 — Sunset
Gold hour.
West-facing glass goes peach. Cocktails are stirred slowly. Reservations begin upstairs.
22:00 — Velvet
Indigo.
Pool lights up from below. The lounge runs late on Fridays — until two, sometimes longer.

II. The Concept

A rooftop hour, stretched across the day.

Perched on the fourteenth floor of Novotel Sliema, Soleil is Malta's idea of a long afternoon. Sunbeds and umbrellas, the chef's small kitchen, fresh juices then long cold spritzes — until the colour goes peach.

When the sky bruises violet, the music shifts. The pool, lit from below, becomes a second sky. Glasses catch what's left of the sun, and the rooftop becomes a velvet lounge above the harbour.

Where would you like to sit?

Gazebos to lie right down, the Sunset Lounge for a seated sofa corner — or simply walk up to a pool-side sunbed.

The Sunset Lounge is €60 per person — a minimum spend that's fully redeemable against food & drink (it simply becomes your tab). Gazebos are €180 and yours for the whole day — arrive any time from 09:00, held until 18:00. Entry is free after 20:00.
